Level KP-299是后室KP层群的第+299层，于2023年11月16日被某位不知名流浪者意外发现。

描述

Level KP-299表现为一座复古的公园，层级内地形起伏，具有水乡特点，风景也是极好的³。此层存在稳定且信号极强的Wi-Fi，其名称为“ Retro park”⁴。此层的面积似乎是无限的，其内部还自行形成了一套稳定、宜居的生态环境，光照极为充足。据推测，层级内的气候类为温带季风气候⁵。除天气目前仅有晴天和微雨与季节永远保持初春之外，此层总体与前厅中的正常公园无任何差别，且昼夜交替时间也与前厅保持一致。值得注的是，大多数流浪者进入此层时都会出现于天宁塔之旁。

天宁塔与湖泊

Level KP-299已经被证实具有正面的精神影响。在流浪者进入此层之后，所有的心理创伤都将缓慢减弱直至消失。

Level KP-299内部拥有大量的物资，例如：杏仁水、皇家口粮、罐装龙肉、幸运豆奶、火盐⁶、纯净水、果汁、各类零食等… 在流浪者的佐证下，这些食物应该安全无虞。值得注意的是，这些物资将会在每个昼夜交替时缓慢的重新随机出现，值得注意的是，各类建筑中以及假山的石头上往往是物资主要出现的地方，尤其为天宁塔。

假山

Level KP-299内部拥有大量复古风格的建筑物，均为典型的徽派风格⁷。其余的地方则是园林植被以及广泛分布于层级各处的湖泊河流。湖面上可见停放的几艘小船，泛舟湖上别有一番情趣。偶尔可以看见筑有一些亭台楼阁，这些亭台楼阁大多为石制，屋顶大多为木质，内部的布局仅有一些桌子以及长椅。河流两岸之间由各具特色的玻璃桥以及石桥所连接，大部分的桥均为曲桥、拱桥、平桥、廊桥等…看起来都极具美感。

一座天桥

Level KP-299的园林地尤显幽深静谧、宁静祥和，自然氛围浓重，偶尔可闻几声鸟鸣，微风拂面，令人心情放松而舒适。小池塘上漂浮着许多盛开的荷花，艳丽清新，池旁绿柳垂下。古风长廊蜿蜒连接着各处，山顶建有山亭，霜叶色浓。一些假山三面环水，尤显幽深静谧，山上树荫遍布，植物以青松、雪松、腊梅为主。而此地内的天空由一座座天桥所连接。此地种有大量的植被，树木茂盛葱郁，不均匀的分布着一些绿意盎然的树林。已被发现的观赏树种如：此层最常见的红梅以及松树、玉兰、香樟、桂花、槐树、青松、雪松、腊梅等…其他为香樟、杨柳、梧桐等…地表覆盖着大量的草类以及大量争奇斗艳的月季花，芬芳沁人心脾。然而此地却没有任何的授粉的蜜蜂存在。

Level KP-299的复古建筑物主要为长廊，寺院类建筑和宝塔类建筑，长廊均为古风的弯折长廊，连接着各个山坡，而寺庙大多与前厅类似，但规模较小。此层的地标建筑为天宁塔，同时也是此层最高的建筑物，高约五十米，且传承了唐宋古塔遗风，楼阁式宝塔八角飞檐、形态端庄、气势宏伟，极尽庄严之气，建于于一个巨大的石制基座上，四周由楼梯连接，顶部缀有一只巨大的铜葫芦，塔身还雕刻了几座狮头。每层的内部面积约五十平方米，墙壁刷上了黄漆，每层也以短柱隔五座壶形的龛，龛内雕刻了坐佛，楼梯上雕刻精美的缠枝莲、宝相花等纹饰。虽其余之地也分布着许多高矮不一的宝塔，但都不比天宁塔辉煌与高大。

“天宁之地”聚居地

• 大约有四十名流浪者广泛驻扎于于此层的天宁塔及其周边地区
• 大多居住在帐篷之中或是天宁塔中的第一层之内
• 对流浪者友好且开放交易
