**Level KP-１４５**是一处寒冷潮湿的地带，本层所有区域都被雾气与无止境的小雪所笼罩。

**Level KP-１４５**由一段不断延伸的道路构成，在路的两侧是一片面积未知的巨大森林，森林中的树木被积雪所覆盖，并且大部分树木已经枯死。公路永远被一层浓雾所笼罩，雾气将视线限制在十米内。整条公路的长度大约128千米，流浪者来到本层都位于公路的中点。

**Level KP-１４５**的气候保持在0摄氏度左右，并且不可能超过零下3摄氏度。令人困惑的是，大部分流浪者来到本层时都会感到彻骨的寒冷，这些情况甚至严重到流浪者已经出现了冻僵的情况，甚至穿上羽绒服与烤火都无法解决这种问题，这可能是层级特性导致的。

当流浪者行走在公路时，四周通常会传来一些奇怪的声音，有时可以辨别为动物的叫声，例如驼鹿或者狼。但有的时候声音明显不是动物，也不是任何一种人类已知语言的声音出现，声音出现的同时，森林中也会传来一阵阵诡异的动静。所有对声音来源的探索均为失败，流浪者在进入丛林之后就再也没有回来过，推测可能森林中隐藏着实体，以声音作为诱饵吸引流浪者进入。
